4-1-3: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
   A.   Violation: Each violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be considered a separate offense and shall be deemed committed on each day the violation occurs or continues to exist.
   B.   Penalty: Any person convicted of violating any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 328, 7-25-1983; 1998 Code)
