A. Adoption: That a certain document entitled “2015 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code” published by the International Code Council, 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, Illinois, one copy of which is on file at the Building Division of the Community Development Department of the Village of Sugar Grove, is hereby adopted as the “Swimming Pool and Spa Code” for the Village of Sugar Grove for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocations, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of swimming pools and spas in the Village of Sugar Grove as provided; and each and all of the regulations provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said “2015 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code” are adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in the Code with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in this ordinance.
