A. The Village hereby authorizes the imposition of charges for garbage and refuse collection to be set by resolution for all residences within the Village.
B. The Village Administrator and the Village staff are empowered to take such actions, prepare such forms, and administer all aspects of said garbage removal programs.
C. The charges imposed upon each individual residence for pickup shall be set by resolution and may be amended by resolution from time to time as conditions dictate. (Ord. 723, 4-20-1999)
