Operation of garbage collection without a license or after same has been withdrawn or upon a violation hereunder shall subject the person or corporation to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code for each offense. Each day that a violation continues or that said operation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 157, 9-4-1973; amd. 1998 Code)
