3-5-7: COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS:

Licensee shall obey and abide by all laws, ordinances, regulations and other rules, Federal, State or Municipal applicable thereto. Licensee shall also promptly advise the Village of all damages to property of others or injuries incurred by persons other than his own employees in any manner relating either directly or indirectly to the work. (Ord. 157, 9-4-1973)
