A. Hours Of Operation:
1. Licensees may conduct operations in accordance with this chapter and the laws of the state only between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and one o'clock (1:00) A.M. Sunday through Thursday and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and two o'clock (2:00) A.M. Friday and Satruday
2. It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale, at retail, or to give any alcoholic liquor away or to admit the public to or permit the public to remain within or to permit the consumption of alcoholic liquor in or upon the Licensed Premises at times other than as above specified. Violation of this provision shall constitute cause for suspension or revocation of licenses issued pursuant to this chapter.
B. State License: When a licensee has obtained a local license, licensee must make application to the Illinois liquor control commission in conformity with the Act.
C. Compliance With State And Federal Statutes: All licensees under the terms hereof shall at all times fully comply with the provision of all federal and state laws and statutes pertaining to the business of such licensees.
