§ 30.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   A person violating §§ 30.15 through 30.19 shall be subject to arrest and prosecution for criminal trespass in the second degree as provided by O.R.S. 164.245.
