(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Violation of any provision of §§ 132.01 through 132.05 is punishable by a fine not to exceed an amount that shall be determined by the City Council or imprisonment not to exceed ten days, or by both fine and imprisonment; provided, however, if there is a violation of any provision identical to a state statute with a lesser penalty attaching, punishment shall be limited to the lesser penalty prescribed by state law.
