§ 132.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NOXIOUS SUBSTANCE or TOXIC INHALANT. Includes, but is not limited to, model airplane glue, finger nail polish, or any other substance or chemical which may potentially cause conditions of intoxication, inebriation, stupefaction, hallucination, or dulling of the brain or nervous system.
