§ 93.07 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall install, use, or maintain any alarm system without first obtaining a permit for such system from the city.
   (B)   Systems approved and installed prior to the adoption of this chapter shall be governed by such rules and regulations of this chapter.
