(A) A violation of a provision of this chapter is punishable by a fine not to exceed an amount that shall be determined by the City Council per violation. Each day’s violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation.
(B) In addition to other remedies and fees provided for in this chapter, any person authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter may issue an enforcement complaint to any person found in violation of the provision of this chapter.
