The City Administrator, or designee, is authorized to ensure compliance of the public with the park area rules and order any person violating these rules to leave the park area. Except where specifically authorized by permit, no person, other than authorized personnel, shall enter or remain in any park area between dusk and dawn, as posted at each park. No person shall obstruct, harass, or interfere with the official duties of the City Administrator in enforcement of park area rules.
