(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any applicant, person, sponsor, principal representative, firm, or corporation violating any park rule commits a violation punishable, upon conviction, by a fine not to exceed an amount that shall be determined by the City Council, and may also be subject to criminal trespass charges under the Oregon Criminal Code, as adopted by the city ordinance. Each occurrence of a violation of a park area rule shall be considered a separate offense.
