§ 91.22 DISCARDED VEHICLES.

   (A)   No person shall store or permit the storing of a discarded vehicle on any private property for more than 72 hours, unless it is completely enclosed within a building or in a space entirely enclosed by a solid fence, hedge, or screen, not less than six feet in height, or unless it is in connection with a business enterprise dealing in junked vehicles lawfully conducted within the city.

   (B)   In addition to or in lieu of the procedures contained in §§ 91.37 through 91.40 for abating nuisances, vehicles found in violation of division (A) above may be impounded and disposed of in accordance with the applicable state law for vehicles abandoned in public places.
