§ 91.06 PROHIBITING CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No person shall drink or consume alcoholic beverages in or upon any public street or sidewalk, alley, public grounds, parks, or city-owned facilities and properties.
