(A) It is unlawful for any person to interfere in any way with an animal control official engaged in enforcing, seizing, impounding, or lawfully disposing of any animal under the authority of this chapter.
(B) It is unlawful to release any animal from the custody of the animal control official after such animal has been seized or impounded under the authority of this chapter.
