(a) Investment of Village active, interim and inactive funds shall comply in all respects with Ohio R.C. Chapter 135. (Ord. 1996-16. Passed 10-14-96.)
(b) Investment of Village active, interim and inactive funds shall be in checking accounts, repurchase agreements and time certificates of deposit in such amounts and for such maturities as are permitted in Ohio R.C. Ch. 135 with public depositories described in Ohio R.C. 135.03. (Ord. 1996-23. Passed 12-10-96.)
(c) All entities conducting business with the Fiscal Officer as authorized by this investment policy must sign the investment policy thereby acknowledging their agreement to abide by the policy’s contents and acknowledging their comprehension and receipt of the policy.
(d) The Fiscal Officer is directed to file a copy of the investment policy with the Auditor of State. Amendments to this investment policy must be filed with the Auditor of State within fifteen days of the effective date of the amendment.
