135.02 RETURNED CHECK FEE.
   (a)   A fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be charged for all checks returned from the bank because of insufficient funds.
   (b)   The money will be deposited into the appropriate fund from which the original money was intended. (Ord. 1992-12. Passed 5-20-92.)
