(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 733.262(A) the appointed office of Village Fiscal Officer is hereby created, effective January 1, 2004.
(b) The duties of the Village Fiscal Officer shall be the combined duties of the Clerk-Treasurer and any other duties consistent with the nature of the office that are provided for by Village ordinance. (Ord. 2003-9. Passed 5-27-03.)
(c) Minimum qualifications of Municipal Clerk - Certified Municipal Clerk and/or three or more years experience as a Village Fiscal Officer or Clerk/Treasurer.
