All revenues, interest and moneys derived from the operation of the water system shall be paid to and held by the Clerk separate and apart from all other funds of the Village and all of such sums and all other funds and moneys and interest incident to the operation of the system, as may be delivered to the Clerk, shall be deposited in a separate fund designated the "Water Fund Account" and the Clerk shall administer such fund in every respect in a manner provided by the Ohio Revised Code and all other laws pertaining thereto.
