101.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   (a)   The penalties for sections in the Codified Ordinances that do not have penalties shall be:
 
First Offense:
$10.00
Second Offense:
$20.00
Third Offense:
$30.00
Fourth Offense:
Citation
 
   (b)   Penalties are to be paid within seventy-two hours.
