(a) A private residential swimming pool shall be any artificial body of water having a controlled water supply, not located within a completely enclosed building, and containing or normally capable of containing water to a depth at any point greater than one and one-half feet, excluding natural water ways such as rivers, streams, and creeks.
(b) A pond shall be any manmade or artifically-constructed body of water not located within a completely enclosed building and containing or normally capable of containing water to a depth at any point greater than one and one-half feet; excluding natural water ways such as river, streams, and creeks.
