147.10 MILEAGE ALLOWANCE.

(a) Until changed by affirmative vote, all references to mileage allowance should be indexed to the rate allowed by the IRS in their published report for that tax year.

(b) All ordinances currently in effect or in the future are ordained to be so indexed to the IRS publication for the year the mileage allowance is to be allowed.
