147.06 INSURANCE.
   The Village shall furnish for each appointed, non-elected, full-time employee a health and accident plan including medicare, at no cost to the employee, including deductibles of $500.00 for single coverage and $1,000 for family coverage. Any amount over will be the responsibility of the employee. Employees with spousal and/or family coverage will be charged 25% of the amount due to be deducted from their bi-weekly earnings. The Village shall furnish for each appointed, non-elected full-time employee a $15,000.00 life insurance policy plus double indemnity for accidental death at no cost to the employee.
