(a) Each appointed, full-time police officer shall receive a $500.00 annual allowance for clothing payable upon presentation of receipts for clothing suitable for work. Each appointed part-time police officer, upon employment, shall receive a $225.00 allowance for clothing, payable upon presentation of receipts for clothing suitable for work. Each year after, each appointed part-time police officer will receive a $150.00 allowance for clothing. Any police officer who terminates within 90 days of appointment shall reimburse the Village of Stryker for the cost of clothing.
(b) All full-time hourly employees shall receive a $450.00 annual allowance for clothing payable upon presentation of receipts for clothing suitable for work.
