(a) A Stryker Enterprise Zone Negotiating Team is hereby established to negotiate enterprise agreements within the Village of Stryker.
(b) The Negotiating Team shall consist of three members, one each appointed by the Local School Board and Village Council, and the third appointed by the first two subject to ratification by the School Board and Village Council.
(c) The duties of the Enterprise Zone Negotiating Team shall be to negotiate rural Enterprise Agreements within the Village of Stryker and to assist the Stryker Village Council in the administration of the Enterprise Zone. The Village Council shall approve each agreement in accordance with the Enterprise Zone Guidelines.
(e) The Enterprise Zone Negotiating Team shall be guided in their duties by the Village of Stryker Enterprise Zone Guidelines.
