143.01 ESTABLISHED.

Pursuant to the authority as contained in Ohio R.C. 713.01, there is hereby created a Planning Commission of five members, one of whom shall be the Mayor, one of whom shall be a duly elected member of Council, and three citizens who shall be appointed by the Mayor.
