142.01 ESTABLISHED; WORK CRITERIA.

There shall be a Sewer-Waste Department. The head of the Sewer-Waste Department shall be designated as the Sewer Superintendent/Operator. He or she will work forty hours per week. Overtime over forty hours will be required in emergency situations.
