139.05 FULL-TIME OFFICER.
   (a)   The Full-Time Officer will have minimum qualifications of a high school diploma, OPOTA certification and a valid Ohio driver’s license.

   (b)   The Full-Time Officer shall act as Police Chief in the Police Chief’s absence.
