139.03 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Any full time police officer hired by the Village must within six months of the time of hire, live within the Village limits or with approval of the Council within six miles.

(b) Upon application and showing of good cause, the Council may extend the period of noncompliance another six months. (Ord. 1999-24. Passed 11-17-99.)
