(a) The Village of Stryker will pay for added costs associated with the police officers hiring including, but not limited to, physicals, etc., if the officers are full time officers for a full calendar year.
(b) In the event that officer fails to be a full time officer for one calendar year, the officer shall reimburse the Village for the expense that Village pays.
