(a) When erecting a fence in a residential district, the fence shall have a uniform set- back line of two feet minimum and must be properly maintained by its owner.

(b) If a fence is to be erected on the property line there must be a signed agreement with all parties concerned.
(c) The signed agreement shall be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer when applying for a building permit.
