(a) Council or an agent appointed thereby, shall designate the street address of each home, business and lot in the Village.
(b) The Village by its agents shall inform the owners of the house, businesses and lots of the Village, and those renting from the above, of the Street designation. In the event there is more than one apartment per lot, each apartment to have the appropriate designated number on each apartment.
(c) Both the owner of the real estate and the renter, if there is one, shall be jointly liable to affix the street address in a sufficient position to be seen easily from the street.
(d) The street address sign should be in reflective numbers at least 2.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches high.
(e) For mobile home parks, the numbers should be on each mobile home in consecutive order.
(f) In the event that a party fails to conform to this section by failing to design proper address numbers or if it is not visible from the street, the real estate owner (and the renter if one) shall be fined ten dollars ($10.00) per day until they comply.
