(a) Intent. Site plan submittal and review are required to facilitate determination of whether the PUD proposal meets all applicable requirements and is in harmony with the purpose, intent and spirit of Planned Unit Developments. It will also enable town officials to encourage and assist a PUD developer to design and implement land use proposals which foster orderly, efficient, compatible and aesthetic uses of land in Stryker.
(b) When Required. A site plan shall be prepared and submitted.
(c) Content-Site Plan. The information required in either the preliminary or final site plans shall conform to the requirements set forth in the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance for preliminary or final plats respectively.
(d) Size-Site Plan. The site plan of the project shall be drawn to scale of not less than one hundred feet (100') to one inch (1"); provided, however, that if the resulting drawing would be over thirty-six inches (36") in shortest dimension, a scale recommended by the Engineer may be used.
(e) Secondary Requirements. The Petitioner shall be required to furnish the Zoning Board any special reports regarding the proposed project.
