Any person or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance or fail to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, or shall build or alter any building in violation thereof, shall for each and every violation or nonconformance be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and each day such violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. In the event of such violation, or any eminent threat thereof, the Village, or the owner of any contiguous or neighboring property who would be especially damaged by such violation in addition to any other remedies provided by law, may institute a suit for injunction to prevent or terminate such violation.
