The notice setting out the alleged nuisance shall state, in brief, the findings of the Safety- Service Director and the Fire Chief with respect to the existence of a public nuisance, and shall further state that unless the owner of such property causes the abatement of the public nuisance within thirty days after the service of notice, the City will abate or terminate the nuisance at the expense of the owner. The owner may at any time after receipt or service of the notice provided in this chapter make a request in writing or in person to the Mayor, Director or Chief that he should be furnished with a written list of the items which are alleged to constitute the public nuisance and such other items which are in need of repair and/or replacement and/or removal.
