521.16 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS.
   (a)   The Struthers Municipal Building and all departments located therein are designated a non-smoking area.
   (b)   Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
