517.15 CONFISCATION AND DESTRUCTION OF GAMBLING INSTRUMENTS AND DEVICES.

The Chief of Police, in the event of the conviction of any person of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, shall seize and take into his possession any and all instruments and devices used for the purpose of gambling. Upon conviction of any person, such instruments, devices and property so used shall be destroyed under the direction of the court.
