509.11 PUBLIC INTOXICATION.
   (a)   No person shall be found in a state of intoxication in a business place or other public place within the City.
(Ord. 3498. Passed 3-8-55.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
