175.06 ADMINISTRATION OF CHAPTER.
   The Auditor or Treasurer shall have power to adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations as the Treasurer or Auditor deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 80-7430. Passed 3-19-80.)
