The Mayor, Safety-Service Director and Auditor are hereby authorized to pay full salary for any employee going for U. S. Armed Forces Reserve Training for a maximum of two weeks per year and providing that such employee shall sign over to the City any check received from the U.S. Armed Forces or Federal Government for such training.
