(a) All full-time regular appointed personnel shall be given the same sick leave privileges as defined in Ohio R.C. Chapter 124. Sick leave privileges shall be extended hereafter in accordance with the legislation adopted by the State Legislature from time to time.
(b) This section shall in no way affect the existing sick leave privileges which are defined in the salary ordinance.
