In accordance with Ohio R.C. 733.69, bonds for the following officers and appointees are hereby established as follows: City Auditor - $20,000; Deputy Auditor - $5,000; City Treasurer - $25,000; Tax Commissioner - $20,000 and Assistant Tax Commissioner - $5,000. The premiums covering such bonds shall be paid by the City, and proper notice shall be served by the Clerk of Council to each officer and appointee.
