141.04 CHAIRMAN DESIGNATED; COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS.

The Mayor at the time of the appointment of the Boxing Commission shall designate one of its members as chairman. No salary or expense shall be allowed for services rendered as a member of the Boxing Commission. Any expense required to carry into effect the purpose for which this Commission has been established must be presented to Council for its approval. (1955 Code §141.04)
