(a) A Residential Rental License is not transferrable to a new Owner of the Residential Rental Property. If Residential Rental Property is transferred to a new Owner, the new Owner must register the Residential Rental Property by submitting a completed application for a Residential Rental License and the Registration Fee within thirty (30) days of acquiring title to the Residential Rental Property.
(b) An Occupancy Permit is transferrable to a new Owner of the Residential Rental Property, provided there is no change in tenancy. If Residential Rental Property is transferred to a new Owner, the new Owner is not required to obtain an Occupancy Permit until there is a change in tenancy. (Ord. 20-032. Passed 11-10-20.)
