(a) All information provided on an application for a Residential Rental License or an Occupancy Permit shall be accurate and complete, and no person shall provide inaccurate information on an application for a Residential Rental License or an Occupancy Permit. Any person who knowingly makes a false statement on an application for a Residential Rental License and/or an Occupancy Permit is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(b) If the information on an application for a Residential Rental License or an Occupancy Permit changes, the Owner shall have thirty (30) days after any change of information occurs to provide the Safety Service Director and/or Code Enforcement Director with the updated information.
