759.99 PENALTY.

Any violation of any provision of this Chapter is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A second or additional violation of a provision of this Chapter within a two (2) year period is a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 18-050. Passed 6-27-18.)
