(a) The following persons shall be exempt from the licensing procedures outlined in this Chapter:
(1) Any person, under the age of eighteen (18), soliciting for personal services to be performed by the person so soliciting.
(2) Any person selling items for a school, church or non-profit agency.
(3) Any canvasser.
(b) Although a person may be exempt from the licensing procedures outlined in this Chapter for the reasons contained in this Section, the person shall comply with the prohibition against trespassing contained in Section 759.13.
