(a) The license fees prescribed below shall be paid in full before issuance of any license and shall be paid into the City Treasury and credited to the General Fund. The fees are in addition to shall include the application fee and/or the fee for each I.D. card issued, which shall be applied to the license fee, if approved. The licensing year shall run from January 1 through December 31, prorated on a monthly basis.
(b) Category "A" License - $350.00 per year.
(c) Category "B" License - $100.00 per year.
