A motion to reconsider shall take precedence over all other questions, but must be made within two sittings next subsequent to the one at which the question to be reconsidered was determined, and may be made by any member. No motion to reconsider shall be made more than once on any one matter or subject, and the same number of votes shall be required to reconsider any action of Council that is required to pass or adopt the same.
